- About Me:
I am a veteran of 26 years of teaching middle school and high school math. And yes, I am still standing, not necessarily sane, but standing. I lived in Utah for the last 17 years, but moved back to my little farm in Louisiana at the beginning of the pandemic. I love traveling to the beautiful places in this country and have found some amazing ones I would love to show a special friend. I love to study the gospel and hope to write a book explaining some of it's teaching geared to my friends here in Louisiana. I love to joke (you would be banned from Louisiana if you didn't) and my favorite memories involve a good laugh with a good friend. That's hard to beat. I was married for 31 years and have been single for 7. Don't have a clue how this works.
- LDS singles I'd Like to Meet:
I would love to go on a hike, sit next to a stream, and just share who we are with each other. I admire honesty and a good sense of humor. I would love to find someone who gets excited about studying the gospel.
- Church of Jesus Christ:
The gospel is my life. I tell people that I heard about God in church but I came to know him on Grand Bayou. It was hard growing up as one of the only Mormons in my class but it helped to sharpen my testimony. My favorite scripture states "And verily I say unto thee that thou shalt lay aside the things of this world, and seek for the things of a better". I guess that sums up where I am at in my life now, seeking for the things of a better world to come.
