Fort Myers, Florida, United States
About Me:

I love to dance and sing. I was a worker in the Fort Lauderdale Temple and enjoyed the peacefulness of the celestial room. It brought me much solace. I had to stop working at the Temple because of my knees but now have new knees. Now I can go to the temple pain free and my new knees allow me to follow my passion of singing as well. I go out weekly to several venues to sit in and sing with the musicians. I would love to find a man in the church who loves the Lord and understands his priesthood. Loves music, is also caring, honest and knows how to love a woman. I want an optimistic man who would be grateful for every day of his life that he gets to have the love of a beautiful daughter of Heavenly Father.
I have three grown children, one girl and two boys who are my life and light. They have given me 13 grandchild and now almost the same number of great grand children. I love to do many things but music is at the top of my list but not before the Lord as he is the one who gave me the gift of singing. I am the ward music director even though I don't read music. LOL. The only calling I haven't had is in the Relief Society. I enjoy life and going out to entertain others brightens my day and brings me joy and the feeling of being close to Heavenly Father. I was an entertainer for 30 years and made a good living in the entertainment industry. Occasionally, I still entertain the masses. People say I am Kind, Loving, excepting of others and that they can see a light around me. I have spent time indexing and arbitration for family history purposes and really enjoyed doing that as family history fascinates me.

Who I'd Like to Meet:

I want a man who is proud to be a priesthood holder and honors his priesthood as well as honoring me. Stability is important to me. I want a man with a good work ethic and one who is also excepting of others, is caring, loving, and not afraid to show a gentler side. A man who loves music and movies or just sitting and watching the sunset is kind of perfect. lol

How I feel about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints:

I love the church and what it stands for. I was converted in 1976 by an old friend of the family whom I had dated. He called me a dry Mormon and I asked him what that meant. Which led him to asking me if he could send the missionaries to my home. I remember him telling me early on "that the church is true, but the people in it are not always perfect." This has helped me to stay active in the church even when others have offended me.
