I am the youngest of seven children. I am a very loving, honest, devoted and caring person. I joined the church when I was 18 years old as a freshman at the University of Georgia. I have two adult children. My daughter is a nurse in Orlando, Florida and my son is in the IT field in Pensacola Florida. my son is married and my daughter is single. I do not have any grandchildren yet, but I do have a beautiful grand doggy named Callie. She is a miniature Australian Shepherd ha ha ha. We were a military family so we traveled a lot. I was married for 21 years.
As for my career, I was a registered nurse for 35 years in the Neonatal intensive care unit as well as OB/GYN units, and Nursing School Instructor. Twelve of those years were spent at Emory healthcare in Atlanta, Georgia. I truly enjoyed my nursing career. I was extremely compassionate and took my responsibilities very seriously. I was extremely thorough in my nursing care. I graduated with honors from Georgia State University nursing school.
As far as my hobbies/interest, I enjoy many different things, since I am retired. Some of them include Geneology, family personal history, Temple worker, listening to audible books and podcasts, museums, volunteering at the Atlanta Humane Society as a cat, foster mom, decorating my condo, festivals, watching romantic movies, as well as documentaries, beach and pool time, traveling, keeping in touch with family and friends, crafts, theme parks, shopping at thrift stores and Estate Sales, hiking and camping, entertaining, road trips, weekend getaways, barbecues, music, chocoholic, eating healthy, etc. etc.

Some of them include Temple worker, ward and stake relief society presidencies, institute teacher, Sunday school teacher, relief society teacher, young women’s advisor, young women’s camp nurse, librarian, enrichment committee, librarian, primary teacher, single adult representative, etc. etc.
I joined the church when I was 18 years old as a freshman at the University of Georgia. They say I was a golden Contact because I took all lessons in four weeks and joined. I know the truth when I hear it.
