I teach 1st-2nd grade at private LDS school & tutor grades 1-7+. I'm easygoing & love appropriate humor and a quick wit.
I have grown"kids". I love kids & would love to accept yours as "ours".I enjoy music & taught myself to play piano at age 11. I took violin from ages 8-11 and drum lessons for a short time at age 10, but have not kept up with either. Though, I could still play some violin if I had one. I enjoy singing. If given opportunity, I would like to enjoy tennis again... especially rallying. I was hand-picked for the badminton team in high school and would enjoy playing that again, too. I used to be on softball teams at ward, stake, & city levels. Pitcher and 1st base were my main positions. I've also coached Primary Girls Softball teams. I don't run bases like I used to do, but still enjoy the hitting and catching aspects.
I graduated at university level, and had an additional year beyond my bachelor's degree to earn my teaching credential. Teaching children comes naturally to me. I've been blessed with discernment to know what and how to teach those in my stewardship.
I enjoy being happy, laughing, and being around those who bring out the best in others.
I like to see the surprise on faces of those who find out my age and that my hair is its natural color. I do not dye it. I've just been blessed with slow aging and great hair. I also get comments about my eyes. Even though I checked blue, the fact is that they can change between blue and green depending on colors I'm wearing.
There are things I would like to do if I had someone to accompany me: theatre shows and musicals (I get free tickets for productions at my school), some sports activities, going on a walk on a nice day, backyard BBQ, fireworks shows, Temple lights, etc. Singles activities are also an option.

Looking for a kind, loving priesthood holder who is easygoing, puts God's will over his own, and who leads in righteousness. Would love him to have spontaneity (to a degree) and good humor. Bonus points if he plays love songs on guitar. A man who is not afraid to offer and give service to others ranks high in my book. A patient, calm demeanor is also nice. Mutual trust and integrity are very important to me. I'd love someone who is interested in all aspects of the relationship, and in moving forward at a rate pleasing to our Heavenly Father.
I would also hope he would love my (grown) kids as his own and be a good role model to them, as I would accept his as my own. My young adults are supportive and encourage me in dating. I seek someone interested in building a strong relationship, possibly leading to marriage in the future.I am pro-chivalry and appreciate things such as having doors opened for me, being walked to my car, door, etc., and having a chair pulled out for me. I love when a gentleman treats me like a lady.

I am a devout member of the church. Jesus is my Savior. I strive to be like Him.
I served a mission in Japan Tokyo North, and spent the summer after my return with a family in my last ward. I cannot put into words the ways my testimony of the gospel has grown over the years. I've had many experiences that many have not, and each has increased my testimony in some way. I will not be swayed to deny the things I know to be true. I'm stalwart in my faith and love of the gospel. I've had numerous unique spiritual experiences. All of these experiences have shaped my life in ways I could never have imagined. I know that Jesus is the Christ and that He is my personal Savior. I love Him with all my heart. I look forward to a couple's mission in the future.
