I am Chet Ferry, a fun loving hard working committed member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I was very happily married to my wife Julie for the past 30 years until recently when she died in a tragic accident. It was devastating to me and my family of six children (ages 28, 25, 23, 21, 18, and 14 years old). We have been healing together and figuring out how to continue without her.

Loving someone so much has taught me how rich life is when you have a healthy happy marriage and I’m ready to begin looking for the right woman to begin a new chapter with.

I like: LDS church music. Christian Rock. Inspiring instrumental music (gets me in the zone while I am writing software). Going on vacation in the summer to the Oregon coast. Going 4 wheeling with the family in the mountains by Marysvale Utah. Attending symphonies, going for long walks and talking, and taking pictures of beautiful sunsets and sunrises.

I am an electrical engineer, conservative, love to laugh, eat dark chocolate, and swim laps every day to keep in shape. I am very committed to the gospel and attend the Temple regularly. I’m only interested in dating women who have the same commitment to temple attendance. I would love to serve a mission or two with my spouse.

A kind, affectionate, and active intimate relationship is very important to me and I will need to have an open conversation about the physical and emotional aspects of a healthy relationship. I am committed to keeping my temple covenants, especially the law of chastity. So I will be careful and respectful.
