Hi, I'm your average cross-eyed, worn-out, overweight, old guy. My cardiologist said that if I lost a few pounds, I wouldn't get so short of breath. But what I heard was that if you drop 20 pounds. And you can do Temple work for the next 10 years. I plan to move to Orem, Utah, to an assisted living facility that is within a ten-minute drive of three temples and offers morning scripture study.
