I’m heading to Nauvoo, Illinois for the Single Adult Mega Conference, Sept. 17- 21… can’t wait to see the new Nauvoo Temple and, bonus, the conference is going on, so there will be lots of great events, dancing, and awesome speakers. Being born and raised in Puerto Rico gave me a fluency in Spanish that came in handy when I served a Mini-mission under my Dad while he was Prez of the Uruguay/Paraguay/No. Argentine Mission. BYWoo worked its magic and I married a handsome young Idaho man and we raised 5 amazing children…
I have always loved the outdoors and one of our favorite family traditions is our annual camp out in the beautiful Payette National Forest of Idaho. I confess I have never owned a sewing machine, but have taught my kids to bait a hook, catch a fish, clean and cook it and all the skills needed for adventures in rafting, hiking, surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, waterskiing and, of course, finding purple gold in the form of wild huckleberries. Have definite wanderlust and especially enjoy Cruises where there are so many ample opportunities for dancing and you get to explore a new Port nearly every day. - LDS singles I'd Like to Meet:

Growing up in the mission field was a huge blessing since the only three members of the church in my entire school were myself, my brother and my sister. It was kind of funny how important it was to my friends that I lived my standards and they would get on me if the dark brown liquid in my glass was coke and not root beer. Lol! I have always been firmly grounded in the gospel and have many treasured memories of tender mercies and miracles in my life. I have also survived terrible loss only the Gospel could soften…taught me to celebrate life!
