Gustavus, Alaska, United States
About Me:

I live in a beautiful remote village in Southeast Alaska renowned for fishing, hunting and wildlife viewing. My home borders the Glacier Bay National Park (winter population 400). I love a warm fire, fishing, outdoor life and wildlife viewing. I am an animal lover. The neighborhood huskies, mutts and pups know I'm a soft touch and they regularly make the rounds to my home for handouts and treats. Being an active member of the LDS church, I enjoy my church callings and attending branch services. I worked 35 years as a lineman and retired in 1994 from Alaska Electric, Light and Power. I am a former tree feller, driller, laborer, powder monkey, pizza maker, vet, newsboy and soda jerk; a quintessential do-it-yourself man. My beloved wife of 58 years passed in 2017. I am the proud father of five children and 14 grandchildren.

Who I'd Like to Meet:

I would like to meet ladies who are members of the LDS church and who love the gospel. I want to expand my community of friends. I want to talk, visit and share experiences and would like to meet someone who enjoys the same.

How I feel about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints:

The gospel of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is true. I enjoy doing my church callings. I look forward to church services.
