About Me:

I looking for a compatible companion with whom I can spend the rest of my years. I have my own online store and this takes a lot of my time. I enjoy temple service, genealogy, and serving others. I like exploring the world around me. I enjoy learning. I like alternative and classical music. I don't enjoy watching television. There's so much other good stuff to do. I like attending community theatre and being in nature. I like the simple joys of living in a loving relationship, sharing the daily work with each other and working side by side in whatever we decide is a good use of our time. I want to enjoy life with someone who loves reading the scriptures and discussing them, as well as other good books. I enjoy the fine arts, and want a partner who enjoys concerts, theatre, festivals, etc. I was an athlete in my youth, but now am satisfied to play noncompetitive, recreational sports. Basketball is my favorite. I also enjoy softball. Badmitten, croquet, and other "yard games" are also things I would like to enjoy with a partner. I also love word games and will play your favorite games if you'll play mine.

LDS singles I'd Like to Meet:

I'd like to meet men who are active in the church, treat women with respect, and like to garden. I want someone who enjoys serving and volunteering, who enjoys conversations and can handle a different point of view. I'm not interested in traveling as a hobby. I have done enough of that. I want someone who enjoys the simple pleasures of home life, doesn't want the television on all the time, and has a positive attitude about life. I do not want a relationship with a gamer or someone who is into porn. I want someone who is engaged in reality, who has a good work ethic, enjoys wholesome recreation, and sees themselves as a participant in the building of the Kingdom of God on earth and is interested in the vital work of preparing for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.

I view time as a type of currency given equally to all people. How we spend it is a reflection of your values and character as a person. I take this precious gift seriously. While I believe recreation is important, I also believe we can create meaning for ourselves, improve our relationships, and improve the conditions of humanity when we think about how to use our time wisely and do so proactively.

Church of Jesus Christ:

I'm grateful for the restored Gospel's clarity on God's plan of salvation and the importance of ordinances. My testimony grew through prayer, scripture study, and experiences in my life where I felt the Spirit's guidance. I love the gospel of Jesus Christ. I love my Savior and seek to have a personal relationship with Him as my top priority. I was born a member, and have always been active. I read The Book of Mormon at age 8 for the first time, and have read it many, many times since. I love that book! I attend the temple regularly. I am looking for someone who sees following the gospel plan as a joy, not just a duty.
