I am a Salt Lake City transplant and now live in Washington, Utah. I was very tired of shoveling snow (not that we had any last year)! I had a very successful career in the Information Technology field, but now retired. I am very responsible, honest, hardworking, loyal, and would expect the same from a future companion. I have many interests and talents. I love sports particularly golf, pickleball and tennis. I love to work with wood, building cabinets and furniture for my friends and for my home. I love to travel the world and see God’s wonderful creations. I have been to Europe, South America and many states throughout the United States, including all the church history sites back east. My favorite place to visit was Israel and I would love to go back but with the way things are in the middle east ?????

I am most interested in a faith-filled LDS woman who is a current temple recommend holder, is positive and kind and loves the Lord. I would also like someone who is physically active, i.e. hiking, biking, walking, camping, and also likes to travel. I am also looking for someone who knows how to communicate well and problem solve together; a peacemaker. I hope to find someone who is friendly, patient, loyal and honest. My love language is physical touch and positive affirmations. A great first date for me would be something outdoors which would allow some time to talk and see each other in a different setting than in a restaurant or a movie theater.

I am a life long member of the Church. I have a strong testimony of the restored gospel. My testimony of the Savior means everything to me. The covenants and ordinances as given to us through the priesthood, which includes the sealing power on earth and in heaven, is a wonderful doctrine that no other religion has. I read from the Book of Mormon every day in addition to re-reading conference talks and many other good books. I particularly enjoy church history. I love to share the gospel. I work in and attend the temple a few times every week. I have many favorite scriptures but one that gives me great comfort in times of trial is D&C 98:1-3. I served an LDS mission in the Montana/Wyoming states and there I gained a strong testimony and a great desire to study the gospel. I am currently a temple worker in the Red Cliffs temple, which I enjoy very much. I would also like to serve a couple’s mission in the future if the opportunity comes.
