I was widowed a year ago and feel a need to find another companion in my life. I find the single life is not for me. I am a High Priest and a temple recommend holder. I am the Ward historian and a Ward missionary. Unofficially I am the ward poet. I write poetry for all occasions (ex. births, baptisms, new mission calls, returning missionaries, and anything that moves me spiritually.) I enjoy fishing, metal detecting, and anything outdoors. What do I like most about the Gospel? Now that's a tough one. Most everything I guess, but the sense of what a family is and can be is a very strong point. The Book of Mormon and all the scriptures that testify that Jesus Christ is our Savior, Redeemer, and the Son of God. The best scripture would be 3 Nephi. I can't narrow it down to just one verse. I also love The Pearl of Great Price. I don't think it gets the recognition it deserves. I am currently rereading the New Testament and the Book of Mormon.
