I am a former law enforcement officer and now work full-time in information technology. I also have Schizoid Personality Disorder and complex PTSD (C-PTSD), which means I've experienced a lot of trauma in my life and have difficulty empathizing with others.
Due to various injuries, I have limitations on some activities. My knee and ankle damage prevent me from participating in activities that require balance, such as skiing, rollerblading, and most forms of dancing. Although I love being outdoors—camping, hiking, fishing, etc.—my damaged lungs require me to be cautious.
You might be surprised to learn that as an IT professional, I also enjoy computer games and tabletop RPGs, and I would prefer my significant other to share this interest so we can enjoy them together.
For those interested in personality tests, my top three Multiple Intelligences are: 1) Logical-Mathematical, 2) Spatial, and 3) Natural. According to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, I am an INTJ (Architect). I don't identify as an Alpha or Beta; I tested as a Sigma Male. On the fantasy side, I belong to both Gryffindor and Ravenclaw, and in a D&D test, I identified as a Paladin.

My family has been members since 1840, and I cannot begin to express how much having the restored gospel and the church today means to me. I also never take for granted the Priesthood keys, a Prophet, or the Temples in the world today. Genealogy and temple work have been such important parts of my family that we have several family lines going back to the 700s.
