I'm a recent widower from North Carolina, living in the Salt Lake valley for most of the last 27 years. I enjoy serving in the Church and community at large. I'm a veteran of the Armed Forces, serving at the end of the Vietnam War in the 70's, so I have a big heart for those that serve our nation and our communities. The doctrine of the Pre-Mortal Existence is the foundation of the Restored Gospel. As I began to see God's hand in my life, prayed and pondered, there became no doubt that the fullness of the Gospel has and is being restored to the earth. I love serving in the Temple. There are so many things to learn there. I'm so grateful to those that have come before us as they have carried this message of Salvation through these generations of time.
